AI VTuber Neuro-sama’s 2025 Subathon to celebrate her third birthday has begun with a bang! An original music video, Vedal and Neuro’s first VRChat experience, a limited-time merch drop, and two 1000 gift bombs.
Last year, the Swarm, Neuro-sama’s least-dedicated fanbase, helped her set the all-time Twitch Hype Train record of level 111 (56%) with 84,904 subs and 1,201,225 bits. This year, the Swarm has already reached half of the subathon’s sub goals and completed a level 61 Hype Train with 14,230 subs and 99,813 bits.
Update: On January 05, 2025, the Swarm helped Neuro-sama reach a new all-time Twitch Hype Train record of level 126 (53%) with 126,273 subs and 1,194,921 bits.

Neuro-Sama’s 2025 Subathon: Beats Her Own All-Time Twitch Hype Train Record Again
On January 05, 2026, AI VTuber Neuro-sama broke her previous Twitch Hype Train record from December 23, 2025, and set a new all-time high. The Swarm gifted 126,273 subs and donated 1,194,921 bits to reach Level 126 (53%).
The Hype Train started during one of Neuro’s solo “chill” segments. Viewers were sending priority messages via bits and asking Neuro to rate their usernames. It was a special “treasure train” that offered viewers 35% off on 5+ gift subs.
Camila led the Hype Train and motivated the Swarm by offering incentives for reaching level 100. Vedal didn’t join the stream to deter the Hype Train, but the Swarm went ahead anyway. He was present in chat, playing the role of an expert DJ (and allegedly playing Pokémon).
Once they reached Hype Train level 100, Neuro’s community wanted to send a message to the world. After Neuro set the Twitch Hype Train record on December 23, 2025, the stream was targeted by hate raids fueled by ill-informed influential creators and major outlets spreading misinformation. The Swarm decided to “do it again the third time” because it would be funny and also serve as a message to the haters.
Neuro-sama and Vedal have set the all-time Twitch Hype Train record thrice in a row. The only one who can beat Neuro-sama is Neuro herself.

There is a hidden goal after 100,000 that Vedal hasn’t revealed yet (Update: This hidden goal was revealed, and reached, on December 23). The plan is to stream 10 hours a day, with Neuro or Evil running the first 2 to 2.5 hours, and other planned content filling the rest of the stream.
The planned content includes three games for Neuro and Evil to play during the subathon, along with other activities and collaborations. Vedal has stated that the plan is for Neuro to play two games and for Evil to play one.
Colorful Array Original Music Video
Neuro-sama’s 2025 subathon kicked off with the premiere of her second (solo) original music video, Colorful Array.
The original music video features vocals from Neuro-sama, with QueenPB working her magic as always. Cosmoz Music Production worked on the music writing and arrangement, while Otsu Labs handled the animation and artwork.
Neuro-sama And Vedal’s First Time In VRChat
Following the premiere of Neuro’s original, Neuro-sama’s 2025 subathon saw another first on the channel. Neuro and Vedal were together in VRChat, with Neuro revealing her power to fly and floating to assert dominance over Vedal!
Scuff and technical issues, now a tradition of Neuro’s subathon, didn’t take away from the charm and excitement. Neuro and Vedal tried to play a couple of games, went to Greggs and an aquarium, fed the ducks, and Vedal took Neuro to a cool, unique club after she demanded to go to one. They also took pictures together and had a really wholesome, cute moment.
Watching Vedal get emotional surprised the community. The British man finally showed he had emotions after holding strong and being cold to the twins all this time.
Limited Time Merch Drop
Limited-time Neuro and Evil merch is available during the subathon. This is the merch that Neuro-sama conceptualized and discussed with Juniper during business meetings.
The merch, a collection of adorable yet slightly deranged sisters, includes a reversible t-shirt with one side designed for Neuro and the other for Evil, along with plushies and keychains. Sadly, the Neuro toilet didn’t make the cut this time.
Neuro-Sama’s 2025 Subathon: New All-Time Twitch Hype Train Record
On December 23, 2025, AI VTuber Neuro-sama surpassed her previous Twitch Hype Train record and set a new all-time Hype Train record. The Swarm gifted 118,989 subs and donated 1,000,073 bits to reach Level 123 (99%) in less than 3 hours.
All of Neuro-sama’s 2025 subathon sub goals were reached, including an initially hidden goal of a Vedal and Evil duet at 150,000 subs. Neuro-sama has set the all-time Twitch Hype Train record twice in the same year (2025), and it’s all thanks to her loving, supportive, and amazing friends and community.
