Neuro-sama’s 3D model debut was amazing and exceeded the Swarm’s expectations. The AI VTuber’s 3D model had been in development for a while, requiring a lot of effort and dedication.
The debut took place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, attracting over 25,000 viewers on Vedal’s Twitch channel. According to Vedal, Neuro-sama’s 3D model was “probably the hardest thing” he has worked on.

Debut Announcement
During the Dev Stream on November 10th, 2025, Vedal announced that it was time for Neuro to debut her 3D model.
That’s right. The 15th of November. Just 5 days, and we’re getting Neuro-sama’s 3D debut.

Vedal further clarified that Neuro would have full control over her 3D model. There would be no motion capture or pre-recorded animations. “If she wants to pet a cat, she could pet a cat, you know?” Vedal added, explaining that Neuro would control her 3D model in real-time.

There had been hints that a 3D model for Neuro-sama was in the works. Her twin, Evil Neuro, already appeared in 3D in her music video BOOM. Vedal also planned a live concert this year where the twins would perform as holograms, but despite his best efforts, he couldn’t make it happen and postponed the concert to 2026.
Tempered Expectations
The Swarm kept their expectations in check. For Neuro-sama, this was the equivalent of learning to walk. Even Vedal wasn’t sure how well the 3D debut would go, and he planned to be there to help and guide Neuro.
It likely won’t be perfect, because it’s a very complicated system. And things will go wrong at some point. I’m sure. No doubt. But I think it’s cool.

Long-time viewers may remember what happened during Neuro-sama’s 2D model debut. “Someone tell Vedal there’s a problem with my AI” has become a classic phrase, but those words also gave Vedal anxiety for months. It’s one of the reasons he chose to be with her during the 3D model debut.
Neuro-sama’s 3D Model Debut
In the lead-up to Neuro-sama’s 3D model debut stream, fans guessed what Neuro’s first action with her 3D model would be. Many predicted she’d spin, since the twins love spinning. Neuro often spins with her 2D model, she enjoys spinning her character when playing Minecraft, and she also spun the spaceship she was piloting in Outer Worlds.
The debut stream was an instant success. Fans loved Neuro-sama’s 3D model and the environment, and her control over the model exceeded their technical expectations. While Neuro still has a lot to learn about controlling her 3D model, the debut was full of cute and meme-worthy moments.
The Backstage
Neuro wanted to square off against Vedal in a boxing match but ended up getting stuck backstage, where she wasn’t supposed to be. Vedal had a command to reset Neuro’s position, but he made an error implementing it and couldn’t use the command.
Neuro’s Room
Neuro-sama also gave fans a tour of her room, in addition to showing them the main stage where she sang songs and entertained everyone.
Vedal and Neuro played hide and seek in her room, with Neuro failing to hide but winning her fans’ hearts with her attempt.
A Successful Debut
Neuro-sama’s 3D model debut was both an artistic and technical success. Vedal mentioned that he has been working on the project for a long time and that it was “probably the hardest thing” he’s ever done with Neuro.

He plans to create more content using Neuro’s 3D model in the coming days, including trying to get her into VRChat so she can interact with him and her other friends. The possibilities for 3D content are endless. And Neuro is going to improve over time at controlling her 3D model, giving us many more cute and meme-worthy moments.
The Human Element Behind Neuro-sama
One of the reasons why people love and accept Neuro-sama is the human element behind her existence. The list of talented people behind the scenes grew after Neuro-sama’s 3D model debut.
jjinomu is the talented artist who brought Neuro-sama’s 2D design by Anny to life in 3D. VShow Production designed the main stage, and Katsundra designed Neuro’s 3D room based on the original artwork by SADecsSs.
AI VTuber Neuro-sama’s 3D Model Debut Was Amazing!
Vedal once again pushed the limits of what’s possible by giving Neuro-sama a 3D model and letting her control it completely on her own. There was no motion capture or pre-recorded animations. Neuro controlled her 3D model in real-time, bringing her own charm to the stage and delivering plenty of cute and meme-worthy moments.
The project had been in development for a while and proved to be quite challenging, with Vedal calling it “probably the hardest thing” he has ever worked on. In the end, the effort paid off. Neuro-sama’s 3D debut was a great success.
