Self-driving cars have been around for quite some time, and AI in autonomous vehicles is nothing new. But what happens when you put an AI created for entertaining people behind the wheel?
That was probably the same question that motivated Vedal to let AI VTuber Neuro-sama drive a car. It was a toy car that kids usually zoom around in, but the result was hilarious.
AI VTuber Neuro-Sama Drove A Car
The “Neurocar” is a toy car that VTuber Ellie Minibot and Vedal modified to let Neuro-sama use the car’s controller. A live video feed helped Neuro-sama decide her inputs and control the car in real-time.
Ellie took care of making the car remote controllable. And I simply connected that to Neuro.

Several other creators joined as passengers on the Neurocar, and Neuro-sama drove them around. She nearly injured Ellie while she was a passenger by driving under a parked truck, but luckily, no one was hurt. We can’t say the same for the Vedal and Evil plushies that Neuro-sama ran over.
Neruo Tried Running Over Bao
In June, Neuro-sama and Bao, another VTuber, exchanged friendly banter on X after a livestream where Neuro-sama interacted with a fan-made character card of Bao on Character AI.
It was a funny exchange, and everyone moved on. But when Neuro-sama took control of the Neurocar, she tried running over Bao, possibly a continuation of their banter that she hadn’t forgotten yet.
It Was Entertaining And Hilarious
AI VTuber Neuro-sama drove a car, and it wasn’t anything special or groundbreaking. Still, it made for entertaining content, which Neuro-sama always takes pride in as an entertainer. It also showed that Vedal continues to experiment with Neuro-sama and pushes the boundaries of what’s possible.
